By request, a tape recorded psychic session dated August 16, 1974, prior to the discovery of the Issaquah bones.
The tape was originally labeled: "Lois Jones (psychic) with Jim Ott" however the other person in the room doesn't actually seem to be Jim Ott- more likely a police officer.
Keppel: ...the missing juvenile problem is that nobody gives a shit. And especially no one gives a darn about runaways, you know. So we end up with mountains of lists to go through, and verify if they're home or not...that's the problem that exists.

In this fourth tape recorded from his Orlando jail cell in February 1980, Ted reflects on Colorado investigator Mike Fisher with acute derision. Near the end of the recording, Ted wistfully requests a scotch. Then he asks Michaud to set him up with a phone call to Liz Kloepfer.
