Issaquah Report

Anyone notice anything interesting in this report? This was prepared by Keppel and presented at the Aspen Summit which was held on Nov 13-14, 1975. Multiple Western state police departments with unsolved homicides met to discuss a possible "Ted connection," and each prepared and distributed reports on the crimes in their area.

My thoughts exactly.

I've often wondered where he could have taken Ott and Naslund and held them prior to their killings. The nearby vacant homes make sense. I've never read this before.

Was there really a porno book found in which was a story depicting an individual names "Ted" and basically detailing his crimes?? That would be outrageous! Did that really happen?? Wasn't he asked about whether he had left any pornographic material at with dumping sites, though? and wasn't there a lean-to and evidence of someone spending some time there, like a can of soup found there as well? Could it be? Did he ? This little tidbit of information has gotten me excited!

I was probably looking at a Taylor skull. I need to get it together.

Was there extensive damage? In the photos I have of it, it doesn’t seem particularly damaged.

Perhaps the author of this report is making a rather odd distinction between skull and skeleton (not a distinction I would make) but it's curious that despite the extensive damage/trauma to the skull of D. Naslund, the report states that there was no evidence of trauma, dismemberment, or assault.
