Since the articles were getting more numerous, I'm just including the ST exclusives from now on.

Receipts don’t prove anything other than a purchase & a specific location & time. Receipts definitely don’t confirm an individuals location. Ted stole checkbooks and credit cards constantly. Those purchases of fuel he made with others credit illustrates this fact. The individual making the purchase isnt necessarily the named individual on the receipt. Same with Cell phones. The name assigned to that phone or account isn’t always in possession of the phone so the tower pings only indicate the phones locations, NOT necessarily the individual associated to it....

And as for the articles getting more numerous, don´t worry! The more, the better! :D

Those questions about virginity during DaRonch trial were kind of weird.. I don´t see how they could have been related to the case. And I never understood why Ted didn´t pay for gasoline in cash if credit card receipts helped police place him near the crime scene and were often the only thing police had against him.

I have more about the Utah escape in the Utah prison files posts: https://hiimted.blog/the-utah-state-prison-part-i-1976/ https://hiimted.blog/the-utah-state-prison-part-ii-1976/

I forgot about his planned escape from Utah. So much of his escape is focused on the actual two escapes but he had been plotting escape from his first conviction no doubt. Just another reminder how poor the jailers in Colorado were. Thanks for posting these.
