Maokai down a tier, his passive was really op, nerfing it removes alot of his HP in longer fights, still strong and for sure not bad.
Udyr top got quite a big hit, might even be as low as A tier.. not sure completely yet.

Nothing lol read the patch, nothing to say about midlane sadly, only thing id say is that because of hecarim nocturne being meta, champs like swain into them will be good and galio with heca/noct will be better

Camille buff is welcomed but doesnt make her go up a tier or anything.
Graves changes is good for solo lane graves tbh cus its only a nerf early level, which is fine.
maokai top is amongst the best tank tops this patch, really strong , his ult change is great for later teamfights/ s...
Camille E max Glacial augment support got buffed quite a bit for early game especially, you can 100-0 lvl 1 in alot of lanes, Added to list ( must be played with all in adc, tristana samira draven etc )

Ahri nerf doesnt affect her ability to push and roam really, it hurts her the most in matchups like zed sylas etc where having defensive charm last long is good, in mage matchups shes mostly the same, not enough to make her go down from S tier.

Irelia benefits alot from matchups, these types of buffs makes her generally better but doesnt make her win the hard matchups, she is better vs kennen especially now which is nice, but this doesnt make her go up a tier.
