Jayce just like irelia benefits alot from matchups and this doesnt make him insane or anything, so he stays where he is.
great buffs to malphite, could give him some more damage tbh tho since after durability change his oneshot threat in lane is basically removed. I wont move him up a tier because nobody plays the champions that he does really well vs ( Jayce Tryndamere ) Some fine matchups like fiora people play but people play alot of champs malphite arent good vs so he stays where he is, but is S+ some drafts for sure.
Tristana top added to the list, these buffs are great for her in long fights vs enemy top and good for taking plates/turrets on side.
Yorick down a tier, only bad matchups atm
