Caitlyn not bad, this is nice and makes it easier to carry games + other adcs have been nerfed alot so that always helps too, also the caitlyn type of supports except morgana are good atm ( janna nami lux etc ) Up a tier

Zeri down a tier, her strength comes at 3 items and she keeps getting nerfed, her early game is already quite bad and in soloq you usually dont have lulu/yuumi ( these champs makes this champ good ) Zeri with naut etc is useless, and this is what u usually have.

Kaisa buffs helps tristana, draven nerfs helps tristana, caitlyn buffs does NOT help tristana tho... but the tristana buffs are also nice, tristana is always better in soloq than comp play, especially in lower level play, i think in high level soloq Tristana is not the greatest, but can still work so she is up 1 tier, but she is low on the S tier

Kaisa needs alot more than this, already a very very situational champs because needing to snowball + need all in support, most of these buffs arent always going to help you either because they are mostly directed to nashors build.

Draven down a tier ( removed draven tier )

Ezreal down a tier, alot of his bad matchups are getting buffed ( All in lanes like naut kaisa(Evenshroud buff too will make more ppl want to play naut, tristana, caitlyn (playable with karma but without it gets hard)

Twitch down a tier, alot of more cringe matchups now ( cait buffs, tristana, kaisa , yuumi nerfs)

Aphelios up a tier ( good answer to some of these lanes people will play now, and overall benefits from fist fight meta )
