Ahri nerf doesnt affect her ability to push and roam really, it hurts her the most in matchups like zed sylas etc where having defensive charm last long is good, in mage matchups shes mostly the same, not enough to make her go down from S tier.

Massive E nerf to azir tbh, the other nerfs are massive too, zed also picked more now this patch cus stopwatch zhonya changes, kassadin buffs and good into azir, so azir is down 2 tiers this patch..

Kassadin buffs are good, especially if you go the new tech, Aery Scorch. ( vs mages ) you can win lvl 6 easily with this setup and play to poke rather than need to all in ( dont rely on enemy being bad as much ) Up a tier.

Graves mid gets a slight buff ( nerf first levels ) not enough to move him.

Zed up a tier because of previous buffs + zhonyas and stopwatch becoming harder to get.

sylas nerf isnt nice for him for sure but its not enough to move him imo, the other assassins arent good enough to rlly replace him, theres no AP assassin thats good at fighting early like sylas

Ive played some TF on the new patch with my new tf build ( harvester manaflow band electro/first strike) lichbane build. this build is omega buffed this patch since W less mana cost and Q more ap ratio, pretty good tbh, not confident enough to put tf up a tier but you should try this build.

zhonyas changes buffs champs like fizz zed vlad karfus alot.

Swain is pretty close to S+ but the Zhonya changes sux a bit for him, he wants the active, not the stats..

brand lux down a tier, lux hates assassins, same with brand and they were low on the list already.

LB up a tier, just better champ than the ones in the tier she was in.
