Ezreal buff is nice but its not as good as ppl make it seem like imo, you dont spam E, if you play good it should be up for when enemy can punish you so it doesnt really change anything, his lanes are the same, his matchups are the same,his duo partners are the same ( karma yuumi bard etc ) so he stays where he is

MF up a tier, good changes to her, sucks she got hotfixed a bit but still a buff overall ( slight nerf to E max lethality sivir outside of lane ) but huge buffs to PTA crit MF.

Yuumi nerfs hurts sivir, sivir nerfs hurts sivir, sivir has gotten i think 3 nerfs now? This nerf hurting her scaling which is quite bad for a champ like sivir since thats the point of the champ, get 3 items and 1v9, now she has less ad and less likely to have a yuumi, and the W hurts less. down a tier.

Samira up a tier, good pick into MF.

Nilah added to list, better in comp play since the extra Xp will be played around more in comp.

kogmaw down a tier, pretty shit matchups atm ( Draven Mf for example )
