Leona buff is okay, good pick into rakan naut , in aggro lanes, but you can also play renata, but if u want engage leona is good pick into these picks.
Singed support better now too, good vs yuumi, rakan.

Jarvan E Q combo is so much lower cd now and the passive buff is nice, Also most ADCs in the meta atm are fucked vs jarvan except for kalista zeri. Up a tier.
