Camille E max Glacial augment support got buffed quite a bit for early game especially, you can 100-0 lvl 1 in alot of lanes, Added to list ( must be played with all in adc, tristana samira draven etc )

Maokai support same tier as before i think

Massive buffs to rell, Up a tier, similar to camille tho in what type of lanes she wants to play.

taric doesnt change imo, great champ in good taric games, not so great in bad taric games ( sucks vs range )

blitz down a tier, with the nerfs to yuumi and hypercarries and buffs to rell there will be less room for blitz in drafts, still completely fine to pick blitz if enemy picks lulu etc but it just wont happen as often when zeri sivir gets nerfed.
