Taliyah nerfs arent bad but her Q is the same strength so she will stay in her place for now
really nice zed buffs tbh, up a tier
qiyana is alot worse again now
swain up a tier because assassins got buffed and taliyah got nerfed, so more assassins will be played, which he loves to be vs and was already strong vs.
karfus and veigar down a tier just worse now with drake and herald being so important to secure.
