cool that panth jg gets buffed but needs more than this
chainsword change buffs champs liek red kayn, xin etc champs that heal alot because people will be less likely to buy it and have it in important fights.
Olaf up a tier, dragons giving more rewards, and herald too means olafs type of gameplay is better, on top of this he has been buffed too and he should be good with all of this, atleast for soloq, also chainsword being nerfed helps him.
