Seraphine tier gone, she is worse now. still very strong but not worthy of her own tier.

Missfortune is quite a bit better now, potions being worse and scorch being buffed is great for MF. my only worry is that the topside champs are not so nice for mf to play vs ( gwen , bruisers in general are kinda scary... and youd like to build crit MF vs this, which doesnt benefit from the changes ) thats why she isnt S+

Vayne down a tier, good user of second wind and needed potions to get through lane, dragons being more worth and her having less sustain means she is worse, its an amazing champs in some games ofc but usually she will suffer now.

Kalista up 2 tiers lol, a rare occurence. I think that the drake changes is huge buff for kalista since she takes them quickly but more importantly is strong in the dragon fights and often has push, enemy having less sustain and being more vulnerable is good for her too ( she doesnt poke as much as MF obviously but it helps her generally speaking, some lanes its a nerf for her tho )

Draven S+ tier assuming you are good at him, if you are bad he ofc is worse. similar situation with kalista, he benefits alot from these changes.

ezreal twitch down a tier, their counters being so frequently picked and so strong now and dragons having more value ( they cant get dragons usually early ) means the game is not good for them.

Heimer is best mage this patch id say, great vs the meta adcs and topside picks.

brand cho down a tier, sivir etc is good vs them, but they can be good vs draven type of champ. but so is heimer, so..
