rammus lowkey good this patch tbh lol but already rated quite high on tank list so not going s+
zed jungle got buffed a bit, its not actually that bad its just meta in jungle doesnt help him really, alot of poppy udyr type of champs which he dont like being against really, his clear has always been good.
Tanks are slightly better this patch due to sunderer being worse and most bruisers was buying this item.
every jg that was going first strike should still go frist strike, this nerf is very minor.
This patch is very underwhelming for jungle, mainly just rammus and zed that gets better and some picks slightly worse like Wukong Vi etc ( sunderer champs, but not enough to justify changing positions )
