Singed support better now too, good vs yuumi, rakan.
Thresh buff biggest change for supports this patch, alot of Vi etc this meta like hard engage champs, thresh nice vs this, but his lanes arent the greatest atm so he will stay same tier.
Wouldnt wanna blind rakan anymore this patch
