Amumu changes are interesting , s+ in low elo ( plat and lower ) his winrate drops alot in higher elo.
Ekko buffs helped for sure but still doesnt fix his issues 1v1ing people and how weak he is in general early game so he goes up 1 tier but not S+
Eve buffs are nice, a bit stronger...
Fleet changes is very interesting for midlane to be honest, some champs like TF has potential with the new fleet, we will have to see what ends up happening.
Lucian mid is worse in most cases, but some 2v2s he can actually be better in.
Akshan is quite good atm, Close to S+ Assassin...

Karma changes, not sure how that affects her in adc role, so will have to see, removed her from now, i think her movespeed nerf hurts alot, and her Q2 dealign more damage shouldnt matter.
Sivir W buff is nice for both builds, obviously a bit better for crit, but it doesnt hurt the lethality...
