Lee nerf feels bad, some matchups wont feel it as much tho
Vlad buffs dont matter enough for top vlad imo, he has free laens like vs tanks but tahts it.
Viego down a tier, still good flex in comp but for soloq u lose the flex value alot of times and it has some bad matchups especially in soloq.
Gwen down a tier too, dark seal nerf is slight nerf to her, but mainly people have just learnt how to play against her and shes not that op, her W is crazy yea but everything else is fine except her true damage.
wukong takes their place instead, good soloq champ
Maokai seems stronger, not sure if hes s+ tho
Green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
