Ekko buffs helped for sure but still doesnt fix his issues 1v1ing people and how weak he is in general early game so he goes up 1 tier but not S+
Eve buffs are nice, a bit stronger and can be more impactful early but gameplay is the same
Kayn nerfs are nice, deserved fk u kayn :D
attack range nerf to viego dont matter as much for jungle as for lane, it still matters but not as much. S tier still.
Skarner down a tier, the champs he was good with and against are just being played less now so yea, and J4 takes his spot, voli never played anymore so hes down too but hes for sure okay.
