Xayah buffs are HUGE, But similar to the vayne situation, its a draft dependant champ, some champs that hurt xayah like GP Got nerfed this patch too tho and people are playing less ziggs now so xayah angles will happen. Up a tier.
Fasting senna is not worth anymore.
Lucian winrate still sucks, nami lucian seems strong tho just like old days, i expect his winrate to get a little bit higher next patch cus people get more used to his limits but he will stay A+ for now.
Main changes to adc this patch is serpent nerf for varus, but doesnt matter that much cus u will still buy it if u need it so its a small nerf.
Fleet changes might make jhin a bit stronger and also cait might want it in some lanes liek vs ashe.
Wits end 1st item is worse but still good if need MR especially.
Changed skill rating of xayah to blue, feather placements matter alot so yea she isnt green level skill
Green= Easy | blue = medium | red = hard
