Lucian mid is worse in most cases, but some 2v2s he can actually be better in.
Akshan is quite good atm, Close to S+ Assassin.
Graves mid is worse for noobs, if u manage ur mana usage he is fine, just cant spam W like an ape cus u need mana for ur Q.
Irelia nerf is nice and deserved, makes her less able to outsustain and 1v1 you or 1v2 you.
Lissandra is S+ some games, just depends on draft, she is very strong in right cases, and this buff helps her lane , which is good for a champ that wants to roam, leblanc is meta atm and so is bruisers, which lisandra is good vs.
Viego losing 25 range on auto is insane, he is still playable mid but is worse, the other nerfs also affect him alot as a midlaner, close to A+.
Zed change is a buff and nerf so he should still be same tier.
Youmoos change is huge, broken item
Next patch tierlist might look alot different, rigth now theres alot of experimenting you need to do like Fleet on some mages vs mages matchups, some Youmoos tech.

Either ur comfort or champs that dont have bad matchups often or are gonna be useful no matter waht Like TF, Galio, liss, Seraphine. the first 3 can roam no matter what and just drop cs, while seraphine can always farm and be useful later. Orianna Syndra Zoe etc are also fine ofc.
