Sett added to the list, he is quite good vs melee picks, he is better in pro play as a flex pick and pushing for prio, he is worse blindpick now and worse at just pushing for prio and ignoring enemy laner, so mainly a pick into melees like katarina, fizz etc now.

blitzcrank is only S+ if the meta favors him, meaning immobile carries squishies, enchanter supports, 1 hook = 1 kill. right now ppl are playing more melees overall, less enchanters, so these buffs he is getting doesnt make him pick ban support.

I see hidden potential in new syndra if piloted by a good player, up a tier. Her lane is way worse, and will struggle to build an early lead over her counters, but her scaling and utility with new stun later etc is really good, Her winrate is low but i expect it to grow with time.
