Maokai jungle added to list, its a legit pick now, not the greatest in soloq but its a fine pick

Udyr nerf hurts him alot more in toplane IMO, and he remains s+ as a TANK jungle, the other tanks relies more on team and cant rlly carry by themselves, udyr can,if played well and smart
Moved belveth up, looks rlly op in my games when played by a player knowing the champions limits.
Removed Wukong, Heca and Olaf as blind picks
green = easy | blue = medium |red = hard | yellow = blindpickable

played wrong and people dont know how to clear, if you know how to clear you are lvl 4 vs lvl 3 every game, adn you can always fight, fight and invade , farm and invade
