Added 2022-10-19 23:02:39 +0000 UTCblitzcrank is only S+ if the meta favors him, meaning immobile carries squishies, enchanter supports, 1 hook = 1 kill. right now ppl are playing more melees overall, less enchanters, so these buffs he is getting doesnt make him pick ban support.
maokai changes barely affect him as a support, the R change matters more than passive change and even that one is very small, so yea no changes to him.
rakan buffs on 12.19 are welcome but doesnt do enough for him to be s+, its a hard champ but works good in right hands.
sona down a tier, the buffs she got doesnt mean much, sona nilah is pretty good tho i think
