Garen same tier as always, this doesnt do anything

Buffing malphite like this will not make him S+ or something, malphite is too specific to be good every game.

pretty good nasus buffs recently, S+ / S in some spots, just very matchup reliant, very good champ in right cases., up a tier.

good start of buffs for udyr, like i said on his initial rework, very strong on toplane, but now hes just alot weaker, will need more than this for me to move him back up

eclipse change shouldnt affect toplane champs rlly, except for jayce maybe but its not a flat out nerf, the AD goes up too so i think jayce, aatrox etc will still go this item.
