Fugoo XL - frequency response measurements
Measured outdoor with and without sport jacket. The jacket was already modded with a thinner material, otherwise the original sport jacket would reduce treble even more. Also visible is some impact on mids and upper mids when playing inside the jacket creating some additional resonance above 1khz...

JBL Partybox 100 - frequency response measurements
Measured outdoors at around half volume and maximum.
Treble boost appears excessive, but actually it helps to make the overall sound appear more in balance. The problem is rather the peaky treble response.

The new Partybox On The Go measures pretty balanced without bass boost with just a tad too much mid bass around 100-200hz. Bass boost 1 would need more treble boost at the same time to get the sound more in balance, while bass boost 2 is just a bad joke.
