I don't often shoot with my digital cameras anymore. I think it's something about having to edit the images that kinda puts me off. I wanted to share these though, some of my favorite digital images I've taken (and got around to editing) over the past year.

Colors, colors, colors! This was my first time playing with this film and to be honest probably my last. I'm not the biggest fan on the blues or greens, maybe if I shoot it again it'll be just warmer subjects. What do you think?
My love for these mountains is something great. It's where I fell in love with California.
A cool bit, in the first image, the little ranch you see a little off center, to the right some, the first place I called "home" after moving out West. The biggest backyard I'll ever have....

100% have not been feeling it for a minute. I wanted these images to really kinda show how I'm facing life right now.
While editing these I had the thought of how heavily a lot of folks edit their digital images, especially portraits verses how little editing is done of older film por...

Polaroids from my road trip a few months ago. I drove my car with a friend from the Bay, Ca to Northern Idaho, then on my own to Chicago to visit with family. Made some more friends and saw some more sights.
The next Polaroid set of the rest of my trip from Chicago to St. Lous to Colo...

All of these were taken last week during my last trip home. I spent more hours wandering aimlessly through the backroads than I spent sitting still. Driving around helps me feel like I'm going somewhere even if I don't have an actual destination other than returning back home.

I started to really clean up my lifestyle a few months or so ago, eating healthy, no less weed, a semi regular sleeping schedule, a lot more water, exercise, etc. I think because of everything happening (and the fact I'm now sleeping long enough to dream), I've been having some of the most vivid ...

This is Kaylee. I wanted to give you all a little update and apologize for not being able to post or respond as much as I'd like. The past few months have been really difficult for me for a lot of reasons. I've been dealing with a lot of family issues in Illinois, mental health, an...

This was the last roll taken on my favorite camera before I dropped it for dead :(
Reminiscing on last summer.

That first portrait of me in the purple flowers, uh it was like something straight out of a dream. It was super cool meeting Nicole, we linked up through Instagram and found out we only live a few blocks from each other.
Taken sometime in the fall 2019.

I dropped off some old rolls I've been holding onto for, well years. These were taken I do believe in 2015 or 2016, honestly it might of even been 2014. Sometime when driving to the Indiana Dunes was a fun day trip. These were for real taken on Lake Michigan in Indiana. On a clear day you can see...

I left Oakland around 7am and made it out to Mono Lake around 2pm. I forgot how much I love the mountains. When I first moved to California I lived on the Nevada/California state line, nestled in the Eastern Sierra Mountains. I lived out there for almost seven months before moving to the Ba...

When I first moved to California I lived out in the Eastern Sierras and boy do I miss it. I took an impromptu day trip out to seek some peace and quiet and fresh air. I’ll be sharing some film but here’s some quick phone snapshots for the time being.
All taken on Polaroid 600.
I moved to Oakland from Alameda a good bit ago.

Florals, florals, florals. I've been trying to go on a photo walk once a week to keep in practice and keep the creative juices kinda flowing. I plan on mutilating aka altering these with heat and stuff but thought I'd share the "before" here first!

Since moving to the Bay I've had the wonderful opportunity of working with a handful of fashion and photo students from San Francisco's Academy of Art. This set is from a little over a year ago, they dressed me up in Gucci and other fancy bits (oh I wish I knew more of fashion) and I got to...

Holy duck dudes. Some of my favorite images someone has taken of me in a minute. I don't think I can actually express how much I loved creating these images with Alex who I've been a fan of for a long while. Uh, they are a wonderfully inspiring, warm human who I absolutely plan on creating with a...

Pink panic attack shower power, or something like that. I tried really freaking hard not to electrocute myself.
The creative juices are running out. Maybe a little shock wouldn't be a bad thing?
2020-05-08 03:46:32 +0000 UTC View PostI wanted to get a little personal with you folks, I'm not asking for help or advice, I just want to share a feeling. All too often I think we don't speak of or don't want to speak of sad, bad, ugly emotions or feelings. We all have them and I think if they were brought out into the open and saw a...
