I dropped off some old rolls I've been holding onto for, well years. These were taken I do believe in 2015 or 2016, honestly it might of even been 2014. Sometime when driving to the Indiana Dunes was a fun day trip. These were for real taken on Lake Michigan in Indiana. On a clear day you can see Chicago from the beach. I really miss Illinois. Keep this on the low but I'll be visiting at the end of the month. I'll be driving out solo then home with a friend. I'm hyped on the images I'm going to get and of course I'm traveling as safe as possible. That's my little brother in the images.
I'm not sure what camera these were shot on. Also, a little disclaimer, I clearly didn't really know how to work my camera.
A real question to my photographers quick, do you consistently shoot on one camera? I've never consistently shot one one film camera, I've always bounced around with different 35mm cameras and disposables, then I started picking up other formats like Instant and 120 but even then, I have probably 10 different Polaroids that I bounce between. Sometimes I start to question whether or not I have a bit of a collecting problem but I also just like really enjoy the process of making an image and playing with light. Stop and think about the idea of light quick...it's pretty cool. I really enjoy cyanotypes, homemade pinholes, and I've even made my own camera obscura before. End ramble.
