Lee Sin nerfs are pretty big, especialyl for midlane where the waveclear matters alot, he is still viable, but stridebreaker dash removal hurts him too.
Viego losing sustain matters alot for midlane, still strong but not as OP as before.
Anathema Chain item is not really for midlaner...

Nothing changed support related, but some supports like lulu etc will be stronger cus less kaisa aggro lanes.
green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
same tier list as last patch cus none of the tiers change

draven buffs good, meta not best for him tho and kaisa being nerfed hurts him cus this was a good matchup
