draven buffs good, meta not best for him tho and kaisa being nerfed hurts him cus this was a good matchup
Kaisa nerf is quite big as her laning phase was already quite shit.

Kaisa nerf helps ezreal, draven buff might be a bit annoying for him but yea ezreal is strong, he still has issue in "banger" games and he doesnt do that well in early game but very strong at 2 items
