Viego losing sustain matters alot for midlane, still strong but not as OP as before.
Anathema Chain item is not really for midlaners, i think some mids can buy it sometimes like Veigar but its nto really going to do much for midlane i think
Hullbreaker sounds interesting, its an item that you can build on split pushers in some games where ur win condition is splitpushing i think, not meta defining though.
prowlers nerf is huge and will hurt alot of champs
added mordekaiser mid to the list, i think its good vs melee mids like viego etc
All mages got a little bit stronger by the mage item changes, but issue about having low AP compared to before still stands, but spiking faster is obviously nice.
Ghost poro should be ran on every single champ that doesnt go sweeper.
the item changes and rune changes i dont think matters for particular champs more than others, its a buff to mages in general.
talon down a tier, he is alot worse with the prolwer changes and nerfs he got before.
Keep in mind some champs are obviouusly better or worse in high and low elo, like ARAM mages like lux are better in low elo, while prio mids like Tristana are better in high.

good for classic mage players, its not a champ for everyone, right now everoyne played melee champs which is nice for ori, she doesnt get outranged, and she will have junglers like hecarim, viego, nocturne etc which is great.
