Aphelios top is something to experiment on
Gnar nerf is quite big, getting close to a+.
Hecarim top buffed again, not sure if i should put on list cus hes either useless or really op, hes not gonna be inbetween, need to see him more but you should experiment with it ( cdr build, divine sunderer, frozen heart etc kind of items)
Malphite buff is really nice, he sdtill has really bad matchups so not S+, but he is god tier in some games.
Renekton change matters more for mid than top, but it will make camille matchup easier for camille as she can poke more
I underrated wukong, i put him s tier now, he is really strong after black cleaver + divine sunderer buffs, the nerfs to him this patch will hurt him a bit but hes still strong.
Green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
