After Morris becomes mayor and the Joja Emporium is built, Morris will visit the player's farm. Players can decide if they want to purchase Aurora Vineyard or not. If they say yes, a 2 part quest starts where players purchase a property deed and collect resources to renovate the old building.

Hey everyone! I've been working on a Joja route specific festival called "Joja Day". It's kind of like Community Day, but with a capitalistic touch. Most Stardew Valley residents will shop at Joja Mart on the 22nd of every season once players have completed the Joja Community Development form.
Shane's chicken friendo Charlie (canon name) will become a non-social NPC after players have seen Shane's 8 heart event. :)
