Should Aurora Vineyard be restored and given to the player?

Hey everyone. Over the past year I've heard a lot of comments about how players would like to take over Aurora Vineyard and turn it into a secondary farm. I'm just a bit weary about overwhelming players with more farmland since there's the old community garden, Ginger Island, Grandpa's Shed, the player farm, and possible other mods players have installed.
I'm indecisive if an addition like this would be Joja route only content or a possible option for the community center route. I'd need to think about it or make a separate poll (maybe after apples is at 10 hearts they'll move back to their village).
What are your thoughts?
