POLL: Grandpa's Farm land expansion

Hey everyone! I've received some feedback over the months about the Grandpa's Farm land expansion quest. Currently, the only way to start this quest is to play until summer 17 year 3. I've heard from a handful of players that they don't want this quest to be time gated, so I came up with new unlock criteria (4):
Community center/Joja community development form completed
Movie theater built
Island resort built
Summit boulder cleared
Is this something you all would want changed? I'm curious to see the results!
