When I asked Sammy if she worked out and ate healthy, she simply laughed and said she just danced at concerts a lot. The benefit of being young is to have the kind of metabolism that makes a body like hers possible without trying to hard. Everyone over 30 is jealous like me, I'm sure.

Despite her delicate appearance, the thing I've always loved about Kacie was how tough she was. Strong, confident, and defiantly outspoken, she was never afraid to get in someone's face when necessary or shout out an expletive to someone she found deserving of it.
