Added 2016-05-05 18:59:28 +0000 UTCI've known Kacie since my cross-country trip in 2009, before she was as popular and world-renowned. Back then she was just a stunningly beautiful photography student, the only white woman living in a tough, South Philly neighborhood populated by large Black guys who whistled at her as she strutted her way across the street.
When these photos were taken she had finally taken the risk of moving to NYC in order to sing and perform in more movies, even though they were low-budget horror movies, mostly. But she didn't seem to mind at all, and in fact she was loving it.
