pantheon is really strong, can actually clear the jgl really quick now and be useful at same time.
Ivern gets hit a bit but not for the reason why hes strong so it dont matter.
Rengar is alot better than what he was after they buffed his W.
Taliyah has hit the rift and shes rlly...

This patch doesnt change alot for midlane, i did add some more champs to the tier list tho.
Seraphine got alot stronger this patch, her lucidity boots got buffed and theres a bit less dmg in the game due to the item changes.
Qiyana buffs are really whatever.

Patch 10.25 Jungle SoloQ Tierlist
Mid patch has also hit now nerfing sunfire cape even more and some other things so tanks alot weaker
Ivern is best support jungler for sure, support item changes + buffs are really nice for him.
Amumu very sad :(
