Seraphine got alot stronger this patch, her lucidity boots got buffed and theres a bit less dmg in the game due to the item changes.
Qiyana buffs are really whatever.
green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard

isn't kassadin alright as of now (going permab4n's build of everfrost with the elec, resolve and overgrowth). it feels less rewarding lategame but allows you to get into fight midgame i feel - but would be good to hear why he is giga bad.
