Anivia changes are huge for support , E max anivia op.
Nami is rlly strong with mandate aswell just make sure ur matchup isnt like vs leona.

Nami mandate is rlly good but bad matchups i think.
Leona is really strong right now, same with rakan.
Seraphine is strong lanebully and scales well.

Alot of adcs are just completely garbage atm, like sivir for example so i dont even put them in the list.
Xayah might be okay, not sure yet.
Veigar sucks
Brand is really OP.
Samira Jhin by far best ADCs.
Lethality/lifesteal MF is nice too.

If you are missing some champs its cus either 1) they are completely useless, or 2) i dont have enough info playing the champ or playing vs it yet to really know.
Asol with mandate + rylais is not balanced
