Moonstone Nerfs and buffs to healing reduction hurts Ivern.
Lillia moonstone build nerfed.
The jungle camp XP change is a nerf to jglers that cares about XP and Gold, so graves, evelynn etc. Its a buff to junglers that dont clear as often like xin zhao, reksai etc.

Wickd shit site still doesnt show rell, but she is s+ on melees.
Kaisa and Samira being nerfed lowers the value of all in supports a little bit, but not too much.
Soraka gets a nice buff for her Q and her Heal but her items and healing reduction item change...

This is the best ADC meta ever probably, everfrost change helps alot of botlaners like veigar, swain, guinsoos buff helps alot of adcs, varus buffs are great.

Varus Lethality mid might be worth trying out with prowlers claw, you get insane lethality and can prowler to minions...
