Lillia moonstone build nerfed.
The jungle camp XP change is a nerf to jglers that cares about XP and Gold, so graves, evelynn etc. Its a buff to junglers that dont clear as often like xin zhao, reksai etc.
the jungle change isnt enough to change the tiers of champs imo.
green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
