PATCH 11.4 SOLOQ SUPPORT TIER LIST

Kaisa and Samira being nerfed lowers the value of all in supports a little bit, but not too much.
Soraka gets a nice buff for her Q and her Heal but her items and healing reduction item changes hurts her alot. Her lane is alot better though so in general should buff her winrate.
Main change this patch is nerf to healing through nerf to moonstone and the healing reduction items.
Champion tier list is the same as last patch cus ratings dont change from these things.
Green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
