Big update: Good news and bad news.

Sorry about the silence. I have a hard time posting updates when I don't have anything new to say, and multiple posts going: "I'm getting little things done here and there, but I still have a lot of writing work to do for my job, so that's taking the majority of my focus!" strikes me as lame.

I'm steadily clearing my real-life work, piece by piece, but mod stuff realistically can't take priority over doing stuff that pays my bills, so stuff is moving slow. Such is life.
