After a temporary rollback - the premium feature is out in chrome store - version 4.0.1 (not 4.0.0.1 )
The firefox store is a bit slower, as usual (probably will take them a week more, or so).

The fixed version is submitted to chrome store for review, and will be out in about 1 day.

Youtube just had an update that breaks the extension for a large portion of users (some UI changes) - working on a fix, all will be good soon.

Some people might be experiencing issues due to update to YouTube UI - but worry not, the fix is already out and awaiting review by Google\Mozilla.
The review usually takes ~24 hours, so as soon as you see that the version 3.0.0.9 is out - everything should be fine.
