You have my 100% agreement on your take, especially in regards to Zaza, LA hit some well defended shots in that 1st quarter. Still this win left a somewhat bad taste for me as the Warriors gave up 37 in the first, The habit continues...the Spurs season high for a first quarter and I can't escape my belief that no matter how bad the start is, the 4 all-stars and Zaza are allowed to ALWAYS play on without ACCOUNTABILITY. No lineup changes, no early subs, no timeouts to embarrass a player's effort (as Pop would), not even scripted plays or isolation plays at the start to exploit a matchup or force someone off the floor..... nothing......What would have happened if the spurs didn't have point guard fouls & injuries in the first half? IDK

Intersted to say if they acquire somebody in the buyout. I think if you just watched from 2018 we could put Casspi in the bottom 5% in the nba, on the eye test alone.

What’s the news on Brook Lopez? Is he really trying to get bought out of LA? I don’t know his contract situation but if bought out we can only sign him for minimum right while dropping one of our guys right?

I know KD injured his left last game but maybe he injured his right? Dray looks to have sprained his fingers too as I saw it wrapped, but ehh his 3 ball jumpers are hit or miss anyways

Rockets picked up Joe Johnson and Brandan Wright as buyouts. Belinelli to 76ers. I'm honestly OK with Young/Mccaw/Casspi bc KD will play with the 2nd unit in the playoffs. But if Brook Lopez or another good big gets bought out, GSW should pick him up.

PHX, POR, LAC for last 3 games. Feel like we could or should rest either Curry or Durant on Monday. Seems like they are both pretty chipped up with KD and his left hand contusion and Curry with his mild right ankle sprain.

These last 25 games for the Spurs look to be the hardest stretch for them. My bet is they’ll drop to #4 seed. With LMA, it’s give or take with him an it baffles me how he just settles for his fade aways for a big man like him. Feel like it’s quite easy to defend him, double team late as he holds the ball for quite a while.
