So, I will echo the sentiment that this is a great feminist film insofar as it does show that all kinds of women can be smart, can be advocates, and can be feminists, insofar as just supporting women. The whole theme was women supporting women, and I love that. As an aside, most of the legal stuff is absolutely not accurate…but some actually is. For instance, that cross of the pool boy was a series of easy, softball questions meant to get the witness comfortable and in the groove of answering quickly without thinking to hard (guard down), and that is very much a tool of the trade for litigators.
