Changes in sketch rewards

I've been having a tough time keeping track of monthly sketch rewards, and because of it, I'm aware some people have missed their monthly request. To fix this, I've been thinking about alternatives, but I want you all to know what you think!
I know I'll be standardizing the reward to a full-body black and white sketch, so everyone's getting the same thing on schedule. Major problem here's the method to request a character, so if anyone has a preference or idea, let me know in the comments.
