Usually it’s a partnership established with a lariat! Once both partners have them there will be a large party, so after Harmony decided she was going to wear one for Vonya there would have been a get together with all their friends and family to celebrate! And vonya and Harmony likely threw a small one for song and mansa once Mansa got a lariat!
