He ends up walking Song home while Elon watches from the shadows and thinks. . . “Hmm, my little pet got the attention of an enforcer, isn’t that interesting. . .” And goes home making plans to use Song to get the new enforcer under his control. Because Elon is an evil mastermind like that.

2022-01-31 14:22:20 +0000 UTCAs you'd mentioned on an earlier page that it wouldn't take Mansa long to "fix this" and we're not entirely sure what "this" is, I'm going to go with the whole situation - from being in the wrong crowd as an Enforcer-in-training to how the others treated Song. I anticipate that he's not only going to take his friend Algernon's advice and switch career paths, but they're both going to leave and Mansa will end up helping Song with Elon. And that could go from unintentionally stopping Elon from even talking to Song to intervening on Song's behalf as Elon gets a little physical with our favorite Infernal. I'm thinking 'arm grab in an attempt to drag Song "back home where he belongs"' sort of physical, not striking him. I don't know if Elon's been physically abusive or just emotionally and mentally to Song.

2022-01-31 14:03:23 +0000 UTCI think we all assume Elon is the one who hurts him in Patch Job, so we know he has to be around for it. Violence isnt uncommon for possessive abusive exes. Also the fact Song goes from constantly going out to find flings to basically a shut in after Patch Job shows he think he's in danger. So my guess is whatever Elon witnesses in this comic between Song & Mansa, enrages Elon so much he hurts Song, which leads to patch job and our two protagonists becoming even closer.

Elon watches this exchange and gets jealous, and after mansa leaves I think Elon will approach song and the fight will happen where song gets injured. That is, IF the injury happens on the same night they met. My memory on that is fuzzy. I think elon still views song as his property and he’s not going to like someone else touching his things. Ew. (Reeeeeeally hope Elon gets what’s coming to him in the end, or at least suffers a bit…I know it won’t be soon. But some day 🤞)
