It's like sex pollen, she just need/want to have sex even if she wouldn't want to any other days. Not only he fell asleep before getting laid but it was with Jessica fucking Alba. He has no excuse, don't care that he was drunk. Shame on him lol I don't think she was really slut shaming, it was more like teasing her to me. Since she would know Max doesn't really sleep around usually. It's not so much that Normal's racist and more that he just doesn't like people and has no patience for them, IMO. Yes, as far as we know only the States were hit and so logically the rest of the world would've kept advancing. It's mentioned in the pilot that the EMP took out everything digital (including money). Logically, an emp as powerful as the show seems the portray, would destroy the power grid, taking years to recover and cost trillions of dollars to fix. Which they wouldn't have since that money was turned into zeros. Just for that alone they wouldn't recover.
